The Origins
It was 1984 when we first opened the shutters of our shop in Locorotondo. Grandfather chose the meat by hand, directly from Puglia's breeders. There were no catalogues, no marketing — just the trust a customer placed in a butcher who knew his name, his plot of land, his family. That respect has never been lost. It has only been passed down.
Today
From the small shop of our beginnings we have become a benchmark for quality meat in central Puglia. Today we source from more than 20 farms, dry-age in temperature-controlled rooms to guarantee the highest excellence, and keep the direct relationship with our breeders alive. The counter is always open, advice is always available, and every cut carries forty years of respect for the raw material.

Tomorrow
Tomorrow is not an abstract idea, it is the next piece we cut, the next customer we introduce to true Apulian meat. We are building a broader experience — gourmet hampers, tasting evenings, ready-to-cook products delivered to your home.
